It started in a van…

Work our Way Productions started as an idea in 2019, months before the pandemic, when Allie Delury and Patrick Bonner were living in Australia. After quitting their U.S. jobs and moving out of their Colorado home, they moved to Melbourne to participate in a program called Workaway - an exchange program that offers international travelers free accommodation in exchange for work. Unfortunately, they were paired up with an individual who treated them poorly, and after weeks of unethical and toxic work, they opted to buy a van and pursue the two things they loved most - comedy and content creation. From there, they started the Work Our Way podcast - a nod to the program that motivated them to pursue their passion on their own terms.

Since then, Work Our Way has grown into a full-scale production company that specializes in narrative, commercial and documentary storytelling. It is the only production company that is 100% owned and operated by military veterans.

Our Team

  • PATRICK BONNER - Writer/Director

Patrick's career in the entertainment industry began with various roles that allowed him to gain hands-on experience. As a production assistant for Celebrity Substitute, an Amazon series filmed in September 2024 in New York City, he honed his skills in a fast-paced production environment. In August 2024, Patrick took on multiple driving roles for several political commercial productions, including Jennifer McCormick for Governor in Indianapolis, Anand Patel in Philadelphia, Rob Matzie in Ambridge, and Unite The Country for the Harris/Walz campaign in Pittsburgh. These experiences not only expanded his network but also deepened his understanding of the logistical demands of production. He also starred and provided voiceover in the political commercial for Anand Patel and wrote and starred in an AGBO-backed short film for their ‘No Sleep til Film’ competition.

  • PEPPER - Actor

Pepper has been accompanying his family on sets since he was born and often provides morale to crews big and small. Additionally, he worked as a dog model during 2020 to help his parents afford NYC rent during the pandemic.

Pepper has starred in countless commercials and previously modeled for brands like Pupize, Come Here Buddy, Scout and Sea, Mercia Whiskey, Safe Paws, Fida, Bailey’s Blanket, and many more. He is repped by All Star Animals, the premiere talent agency in NYC.
